Overview

All professionals need to be effective in managing people. Whether they are supervising trainees, working effectively with secretaries or managing a junior, they need to be effective drivers of the management cycle. However, good management practice may not be natural to professionals who, by nature, like to be in control, dislike delegating and find feedback uncomfortable. This course teaches delegates the basics of good people management and sets them on the path to being the effective leaders of the future.
