Sarah Roberts
Sarah’s career has included a range of roles both in consultancy and in large organisations. After working as a consultant Sarah moved in-house and took up an executive learning and development role in an international bank. She moved back into consultancy 4 years ago. Her experience as ‘the client’ means that she brings real understanding of the client perspective and the pressures on them to deliver a pragmatic solution fast. Sarah has delivered the whole range of deWinton-Williams services including competency frameworks, selection solutions, training and development. Currently on maternity leave looking after baby Violet, Sarah will be returning to deWinton in 2009.
