Gwenllian has been working as a consultant for over 15 years after an early career in academia and research. In that time she has delivered projects covering selection, development, training and organisational change. Her client portfolio has included partnerships, banks, financial companies, manufacturing and public sector organisations. As the business owner Gwenllian has created a service culture in deWinton-Williams which is commercial, pragmatic and designed to inspire our clients to drive their business. Her areas of special interest include the design of competency frameworks and the development solutions which are built from them. Gwenllian publishes regularly and has regular speaking invitations.
