With twenty years experience as an Occupational Psychologist, fifteen of which have been in consultancy Dawn is a highly experienced consultant in the area of human resources. She has worked with a range of major national and international companies on large selection and development projects. In addition she has extensive experience in the areas of 3600 feedback, development centres, one to one coaching and development planning.
