Deborah Barleggs
Deborah trained as an occupational psychologist and moved into consultancy after a career in publishing and conference management. Her experience as a board-level director means that she brings real experience of managing people and organisations to our clients. She has specific expertise in designing competency frameworks, development programmes and team development projects. She also acts as a business coach to senior clients and has a gift for inspiring change in the toughest of clients.
