Development Centres

deWinton-Williams Development centres are designed to put delegates through a series of business simulations which are observed, evaluated and fed-back to them.  The centres also include modules on self-awareness, skills development and development planning. Delegates leave with a development and action plan. Post Development centre coaching is an option.

The Rainmaker Programme    

The Rainmaker is an intensive programme designed to turn delegates into effective business development experts. The programme teaches delegates all the business development skills – networking, winning new business, presentation skills and pitching, through a developing case-study based on a real business. Delegates leave with a development action plan and significantly increased confidence.
